I went to Coast last night for a friend’s birthday dinner and I was amazed at the amount of people there for a Monday night!! We started off with some tantalizing oysters, kushis and kumumotos, they were fresh and delicious! The spicy tuna roll and mango California roll along with the lobster tempura are definite must haves as well!....IF you enjoy seafood as much as I do! If you are more of a land kind of person then the filet mignon is amazing as well. There was a group of us so we asked them to slice up the steak as we were sharing everything. And to finish off they have most delectable amazing desserts! They brought us a dessert sampler…carrot cake with this heavenly icing and chocolate cheesecake topped with this mousse that was rich yet light and fluffy all at the same time!! AND a side of deep fried crunchie bar!! It was a euphoric experience to say the least. I definitely recommend Coast for a birthday, a group, a business dinner, or a date! Great atmosphere and ambiance! And a little secret I heard is that they have a buck a shot on Mondays to Fridays 3 to 5 p.m. and 4 to 5 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays. A dollar an oyster! How can you go wrong?!
